They also try to follow this concept in the ingredients of food, they offer homemade bread for breakfast, the juices are freshly pressed, most of the cakes are baked locally, and even the plant-based milk supplements are homemade too. Their coffee is superb, the permanent black blend is 80% brazil natural and 20% el salvador fully washed, the white blend is always made from the freshest green beans available to roast. Its history in Budapest dates back to the early 20th century. Such shops used to sell beverages made with milk, soft drinks and pastry. Some Hungarians still recall the exceptional atmosphere of these establishments, and the splendid feeling of sipping a steaming cup of coffee while eating a delicious croissant. The menu is simple: cottage cheese pockets, cocoa rolls, croissants, scone, jam pocket, pastries mostly for breakfast or tea, complemented by sandwiches, salads and desserts.
