Latin American cuisine is highly diverse and offers a wide variety of plates including maize-based dishes, arepas, tacos, tortillas, tamales and condiments like guacamole, chili, aji and chimichurri among others. Their food represents a mix of their diverse culture and history and today you can try some street food delicacies from Peru and Argentina. Mezcal restaurant holds its Festival de Ceviche and awaits its guests on Friday, 25th September between 2pm and 11pm. If you love fish this is your chance to taste different varieties of fish and seafood dishes of Peru. Ceviche is a refreshing, light plate made of raw fish cured in lemon or lime juice and spiced with chili mix, sliced onion and other condiments. Besides this popular dish you can try various cold and hot plates prepared by Frank, Mezcal’s Peruvian chef. Mezcal is located in Tompa street 14 in District 9. Tereza restaurant is hosting its Street Food Latin America: Argentina event, where you can try the famous empanada – filled dough, spicy sour cream and salsa and Choripan – grilled chorizo, salsa, chimichurri in grilled baguette among other favoured Argentinian street food.
