Our programme is an audioguided Virtual Reality walking tour in the Buda Castle area, where you get the crucial insights of Budapest’s history. We will not only talk about the times and events that shaped the city, we will also show them! Using 7 scenes at 6 „must see” locations, where we enter vitrual reality to relive theese significant moments by basically taking our guests back in time! From building the castle in the middleages to the intense battles and destruction of WW2 and the Hungarian revolution in 1956. Go to profile Time Travelling Stops: Stop 1: During out firts stop we take our guests back to 1243 to witness the building of the Buda Castle and see how everyday life looked like in the middle ages. Stop 2-3: Our second and third stop will introduce us to period of the Ottoman (turkish) occupany from 1541 – 1686. We will join the hungarian hussars protecting the Castle from the seige, then we will see as the Saint Legue takes the castle back trom turks. Stop 4: We will get a glimpse of the hungarian revolution of 1845. As the repressing Habsburgs lit the Pest side of the city on fire, with relentless cannon volley. Stop 5: After experiencing battles and feuds, we arrive to 1896 to one of the most prosperous time in the history of Budapest. Here we meet Queen Elizabeth (Sissy) and Franz Ferdinand as they are attempting the millennium in the capital. Stop 6: Once again we sail back to stormy waters as we find ourself in the middle of the battle of Budapest in 1945. We will witness first hand as the Nazi and Soviet forces collide on the streets of Budapest.
