Since 2006, the Small Boulevard has had unusual paving from Fővám Square to Kálvin Square: the so-called “K stone”. Does the shape of the stone reminding you of something?

The two parts symbolise the two parts of the city: the smaller “K” shape symbolises Buda, the pentagonal shape symbolises Pest. The line between them symbolises the Danube.  The K-shaped complement also symbolises the letter ‘K’ in Kálvin Square and Small Boulevard (which is called Kiskörút in Hungarian).
