One of the coolest festivals of Budapest takes place between 21 and 25 July at the Budapest Park. Over the next five days you can enjoy and party to the most diverse line up with a huge variety of music genres on stage from the French chanson through Latin rhythms to pop rock, punk and British metal core. 1/5 × Isabelle Geffroy, French singer known as ZAZ, who returns to the stage of Budapest Park after 3 years, will open the line up on July 21. The French and German Grammy awarded singer is a real phenomenon, who creates a unique atmosphere on stage by her eccentric and bohemian behaviour, while mixing chanson, jazz and salsa into her music. Mentioning salsa, the king of the Latin music, the Colombian superstar and the singer of the great hit La Camisa Negra, Juanes arrives to Hungary on July 22 for the first time. The Latin singer, who has been honoured as the Person of the Year at 2019 Latin Grammy’s, has been continuously on the top of Billboard’s Latin list and producing top hits. On his latest record he collaborated with Canadian pop star, Alessia Cara in the brand new, one-off single, “Querer Mejor”, which has been seen by over 26 million fans on YouTube. A real sensation will be on stage on July 23 at Budapest Park, the Thirty Seconds to Mars music band, who has proven its greatness to the Hungarian scene many times, will arrive with a breath-taking whole night concert this time. Jared Leto, singer and songwriter told us via a phone interview that we can expect a totally different show on stage than the ones they performed at previous concerts in Budapest. On July 24 the living legend, the godfather of the punk, Iggy Pop, who has been shaping the music history since the 1970’s, will perform on stage. His dynamic and suggestive performance and his iconic naked upper body has such power that everyone should experience at least once in his/her lifetime. Last but not least, there will be a „festival in festival” on July 25 at Budapest Park. The Architects will debut its new album for the Hungarian audience. Named as the Best British Concert Band by the Kerrag Magazine, the guys will bring an impressive group of opening bands such the While She Sleeps, Rolo Tomassi and the Loathe. From July 21 Budapest Park will ride its boat on international waters and offers its guests a diverse musical program and international stars.
