Entering the house built in 1895, the person would expect a boring apartment, but as soon as the door opens, we stand gaping at the completely astonishing beauty of present-day modernity. Not only the spacious windows, but also a real boat hanging from the ceiling, are responsible for providing the daylight for the living room, just as in an American set-up room. The connection of the bedroom and the workroom found in the loft was solved by an outside corridor.
